Set out today for the short course. Same thing as on Monday -- my thighs still were sore, so it was hard to even run at first. By about a half-mile I had some kind of semblance of a normal running gait.
It was a little better today, the run made my legs a little more limber, making it easier to get in and out of the shower. I actually ran slower than yesterday, however.
Still was worth the price to finish the marathon.
