Today I put the Nike+ iPod sensor in my shoe for the first time and then turned it on to use during my run with the gf. I had the Hammer of Dawn on, of course.
I forgot to calibrate it so it recorded my run as about a quarter-mile longer than it was.
But it's cool to download it onto your own personal page on the Nike Web site, where you can see the progress of other runners plus how you did at each point in the run.
